What should I wear to class?

Form fitting exercise clothing is best. Keep in mind that some inversions are done depending on the class. Classes are performed barefoot. If you would like to wear socks, make sure they are socks with grips on the bottom. Jewelry can snag the silk so it is not recommended for aerial classes.
What should I bring to class?
A mat, an open heart, yourself and some water. If you do not have a yoga mat we can provide one for you.
Is there an age limit/requirement?
We offer classes for adults and children ages 8-15 years (A parent or guardian must sign a consent waiver if under 18 yrs)

Who is aerial fitness/yoga for?
Our classes are beginner friendly and open to everyone. Aerial fitness and yoga can be performed by adults and children of all different levels of fitness. It is advised that you consult with a physician prior to taking a class if you are unsure it is safe for you. Some contraindications for aerial classes include those who have vertigo, are pregnant, or uncontrolled high/low blood pressure, are a few.
How much weight can the hammock silks hold?
Industry standard requires participants of an aerial class weigh in at, or under 300 pounds.
